Mathias Lueg, Managing Director of GOPA Infra, and Jürgen Paulussen, Senior Consultant, led a mission to Baghdad to kick-off the management support to the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terroristic Operations (ReFAATO). Under tight security arrangements several meetings with ReFAATO, line ministries and implementation partners were held.
