To this end, GOPA Infra has set up a quality management system comprising methods and tools that ensure a consistently high level of quality in technical and advisory services, while effective risk management enables the monitoring and control of all key performance parameters.
Our control and assurance procedures are tailored to the specific needs of our business line and are based on the following principles: high customer satisfaction, required competence, targeted innovation, continuous and permanent improvements and compliance with requirements.
Since January 2019, GOPA Infra has applied a quality management system certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Environment / Occupational health & safety
Engineering projects pose considerable environmental / occupational health & safety risks - for the company staff, the individual project stakeholders and the entire project landscape.
In order to counteract or prevent these risks, GOPA Infra develops strategies and standards, establishes internal control instruments and defines parameters that help to identify and manage such risks in order to continuously improve environmental protection / occupational health & safety. Consequently, we expect that affiliated companies, subcontractors and other business partners adhere to equivalent standards.
Therefore, GOPA Infra has been certified to ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and OSHAS 18001:2007 (occupational health and safety management) since January 2019.
- CERTIFICATE for environmental management (ISO 14001:2015)
- CERTIFICATE for occupational health & safety management (OHSAS 18001:2007)
With this integrated quality, occupational health & safety and environmental management system (QSHE), GOPA Infra will further improve the quality of its operations and processes while ensuring environmental sustainability and the maintenance of occupational health and safety standards.
